Delivery:

Korukoru aims to dispatch all orders the day of receipt for next day delivery in the UK . Packages for UK delivery are sent insured via Royal Mail, Monday to Friday. Packages need to be signed for at the time of receipt. We are able to track all insured packages inside the UK .

Orders over £200 in value to a single address are sent free of charge

For Non-UK destinations the time of delivery varies according to the local Postal Service. Please allow up to 7 days for Europe and 10 days for the USA . We are unable to trace packages delivered outside the UK . All duties and import taxes outside the UK are to be paid by the recipient.

COOLING OFF

You are legally entitled to cancel any Internet shopping order within 7 working days of receipt of the product and return it for a full refund. Korukoru allows you to extend this period to 14 days. Please note cost of delivery will not be refunded.

EXCHANGES/DAMAGED GOODS

All items are carefully checked prior to dispatch. However, should you receive an item that is damaged or defective please contact Korukoru within 48 hours of receipt.

For reasons of health and hygiene, earrings can only be exchanged or refunded if they are found to be faulty.

PACKING

All items returned to the company must be packaged appropriately. Goods are returned entirely at the sender’s risk. Korukoru cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss sustained in transit caused.

Useful tips and info:

STRINGING

Silk thread can stretch and wear and consequently the piece needs restringing to avoid damage or loss. Stringing is guaranteed for 6 months for normal wear.

PEARLS

Pearls used by korukoru are normally the cultured freshwater variety. Pearls should never be allowed in direct contact with perfume or chemicals. Body creams and perspiration also may affect pearls and stones. We recommend that pearls should be cleaned professionally.

TARNISHING

Should tarnishing in silver occur we recommend careful polishing with a good jewellery polishing cloth. To minimise the risk of tarnishing, particularly silver, place your jewellery in a dark sealed bag or box when not in use.

STONES

All jewellery created with real semiprecious gem stones should be cared for in appropriate manner. Please avoid forcefully hitting the stones against anything hard. ALL stones will be naturally different shades and textures, therefore adding to the uniqueness of the item.
